Every Cole Haan item is backed by our long standing tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for our specific policies. We will refund any unworn or unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund based on the original method of payment. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Colehaan.com returns
To return merchandise purchased at colehaan.com, follow these steps:
If a product you purchased has a material or manufacturing flaw, please call Customer Service at 1-800-695-8945 to arrange a return pick up.

Merchandise purchased at colehaan.com may also be returned or exchanged at any Cole Haan full-price retail store.  Please print and bring your order confirmation email with you to the store to make sure you are reimbursed the original price of the product. Our store locator can help you find the location of the store closest to you.

Cole Haan retail or outlet store returns
All full-price retail purchases must be returned to Cole Haan full-price retail stores only. All outlet purchases must be returned to Cole Haan outlet stores only. All Cole Haan items purchased outside the United States must be returned in the country where the original purchase took place.

Gift returns
If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it. If you wish to receive a merchandise credit, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-695-8945 for assistance. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return. If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be restored to its original value, to be used at any time on colehaan.com. If you return a gift to a Cole Haan retail store, please bring your packing slip so you can be reimbursed the appropriate amount.
